The point is dark skinned blacks need an identity of their own. See the the way whites infiltrate and then stake claim. The point of race mixing as a tool of white supremacy was to do the same. The more we pretend it doesn't exist the longer dark skin blacks will feel the effects, as well as the light skinned mixed blacks who frequently suffer from identity crisis.

I was lurking some Anthropology forums a while back and some of their members coined a new phrase for Blacks from the Americas. "New World Black". It might sound ridiculous, but it makes sense. Someone like Beyonce while considered black in the US by many. Wouldn't be considered black in Africa, because of her mixed background.

I have a dark skinned father and a light skinned mom. There has never been a problem of "identity." This is the inferiority complex I am talking about. Funny enough, us claiming biracials and accepting them,, usually leads them to marry Black and restrengthen what was once diluted.

Son is 90% white. A lot of white Americans are around that percentage.

Something is wrong where a person is 90% white, but isn't considered white, but a person can be 18% black and still be considered black.
