I'm assuming Miami wasn't going to draft anyone in the 1st round regardless, just to avoid paying luxury tax. I wish they took him but they already have their plan in place. On the bright side, we did get a future first round pick and a center.

Im not mad at the decision to pass up. Usually when players fall its for a reason and a 6'10 player already with knee problems can be scary. We're in "WIN NOW" mode so no time for side projects.

I know shadow-basketball can be misleading sometimes but from what this shows... this guy's very promising.
