I think Looney took the best deal available tbh, the Athletic pod boys said there were no big offers out there for him, his value as a big is unique to the Warriors
all the more reason for Draymond to take a team friendly deal. He's not gonna be the same player he is now without Steph and Kerr

The problem with Dray asking for a Max is less paying up a Max to Dray and more about how the team has been in cap hell for what, 5 years?

He's straight up asking for money that the team doesn't have. It's not going to happen, period. Hell, Wiggins has been with one foot out the door ever since he came in because there's just no way he'll get a bag with the cap like that.

It ain't like Dray is supposed to be worried about his post-retirement with the content he's been putting out and the TNT gig ready to go.

Am I trippin or should the Warriors look to sell high and trade Draymond this summer? And no, I'm not a prisoner of the moment. I know it's not about the box score but I just don't think he's as impactful as he used to be. Guards can attack him. Against big men he's picking up more fouls. Before their strength was small ball and being able to switch. He doesn't look to score at all and when he does, it's normally a miss. I get that Dray is important to the rhythm and flow of the offense but I can't pay a guy $100 million to make a swing pass. I totally understand his past impact on the team but I think he can be replaced.

Well Fellas I told you so.

The fact you said he can be “replaced” let’s me know you don’t watch the games

I said I THINK he can be replaced. I get Draymond's value. Being able to guard 1-5 and he makes some great passes. But he's no longer a great defender and his offense is downright horrible. His defense can't make up for his bad offense.

Breh what? Lol. He's basically their point guard. He's the main facilitator. I don't think Steph is really just call a gang of plays like that. R plays off ball alot. He's really the shooting guard tbh.
