First two years shyt was gravy it was that last third year KD started acting all flaky and shyt
Nah there were already cracks forming by the 2nd season. I think that’s the season when Kerr criticized the team for playing too loose and with no anger and KD shot back with I thought the warriors mantra is supposed to be about playing with joy?

I don’t believe it. We might have the assets but I don’t think KD or the warriors really want a second go at it. Didn’t seem like either parties were having all that much fun by the middle of the second season.
yea, the thing i love about this team is these guys really do got a ride or die mentality for one another, and the bay...it's easy to root for them win or lose, KD is like someone whose mom just died yesterday still showing up to your birthday party and now yall gotta make it about consoling them, he just takes away the joy you see in this team

It’s crazy that a player like KD Isn’t really beloved anywhere.
crazy because people generally loved him in his early days in OKC, but he turned into a whole bytch on twitter and out of no where just became antagonistic to the media and that was the end. breh really looked in the mirror one fine spring day and told himself "no more mr nice guy" :dead:

Think back to him announcing his extension on Twitter and how he was the media darling for being the anti-Lebron and the model for how superstars should carry themselves. It’s hilarious in hindsight considering how he’s viewed now.

to be fair, I remember after the 2013 OKC thunder lost to the Memphis grizzlies, Oklahoma put up billboards of KD that said he's "Mr. Unreliable". It's fukked up bc that was the year that Pat Bev ran into Westbrooks knee and took him out. KD was pretty much by himself. That OKC team won 60 games. They might've made it to the finals. So it was messed up for fans to shyt on him like that. He prolly remembered that when he made his choice to go to GSW.

Side note: Sam Presti not paying Harden was one of the worst GM decisions of all time.

Because Presti didnt pay harden in 2012:
-Harden goes to houston the next year
-Harden's rockets make the playoffs
-The rockets play OKC in R1
-Pat Bev injures Westbrook, ending OKC's chances of getting back to the finals
-Not to mention, the cap went up, so he actually could've paid harden

If the OKC thunder run it back, they prolly beat the spurs like they did the year before. I can't say for sure if they beat the 2013 Heat, but the Spurs almost did it if they didn't have an all-time collapse in G6 :francis:

I thought it was just a newspaper article with the Mr. Reliable heading. Fans I thought were pissed about it.

oh ur right. The DC people (where KD was born) put up billboards in a response to the headlines to congratulate him

It's still fukked up to do that to the face of your franchise. Classless.

Can you imagine Bay Area media shytting on Steph for the 2019 Raptors loss? :snoop:

Still ramping up...

If I was a betting man I'd put money on him not featuring in summer league.

By “featuring” do you mean him being the focal point of the offense? I would bet my rent money that he DOES play at least 2 games this summer league. Whether or not he looks good in those games is another story :hubie:
