Yup. Living in NYC, the Russians are EASILY the most racist group.

Italians are definitely more openly racist, but you'll still see some cooperation every now and then

Russians are silent racists, but it's the majority of them.

You'll at least get served in an Italian restaurant. You'll get straight up ignored in a Russian establishment.

Why would a Black person even go to a Russian restaurant? What do they even eat that could possibly be appealing to a Black person?

They are racist there is no maybe about it, its not like those two angles cannot coexist, but I've met a lot of Italians, lived with an Italian and been to Italy three times. A lot of them are , not all it must be said. The Sicilians and those i met from Naples are always calm, interesting tho considering they are considered the criminals of Italy, but every single Italian Woman I have ever met bar the ones that work at the airport are always when it comes to nikkas.

I lived in Italy and never really dealt with racism. Its a world of difference between Italian Americans and Italians.

Until the 1940s, italians were considered black.
In the south, they couldn't go to white schools, they couldn't marry white people, a lot of the laws applied to them.
They were offered the branch of whiteness, and to fit in, they go hard on blacks because they want to try to erase that connection.

Irish were considered black in the US until the Mexican-American war, they were granted whiteness for their participation and support and they've been treating blacks like hit ever since.

Thats why I don't like the term white supremacy, it sort of makes it seem like whiteness is the goal or white purity.
What it really is, is a system of enforced black-inferiority. This just make sure they keep blacks on the bottom and wave a branch of inclusion to other groups who get on code with them.

Irish are white as hell and outside of accents and name you could never know the difference between an Irishman and a Frenchman, German, etc. Italians and Spaniards I come somewhat understand because of the Moors interacting with them for generations so they tend to have more black features but for the most part they look like Anglo Saxons. Just shows how dumb and ridiculous racism is.

oh please.. always one in the crowd that thinks attention or a "kind word" from a white, non-black women or reverse (black women getting all overly enthused about attention from white men) is equivalent to them obsessing over you, getting gassed over white acknowledgement as if they're ever really receptive to you.

It's also a prevalent myth that Italian men have shown interest in black women since 4ever- whole articles, movies, blogs.. about it. The two most famous Italian actors (Al Pacino and Robert Deniro) have married and had black girlfriends/wives. I think Bobby D has had more black love interests than white in his movies. Bronx Tale was a whole storyline about this, he said that situation was loosely based on his own experiences. I get looks from italian men but I'm not sitting up here using that as an excuse or getting geeked about it. I don't even pay it any mind.

Yep, they associated Irish with every negative stereotype they have for blacks that they continue.
