This thread isn't really about what the superior show is.

So you have two characters in the same lane. 2 guys from different eras, with similar aspirations. One guy wanting to succeed in real estate. The other as a night club owner.

Stringer Bell had no attachments. No wife and kids. He would smash Donette, but nothing serious. Minimal cell phone use. Yeah he got played by Clay Davis, but Davis was like 20 years older and played everybody. Thinking back, you can tell Stringer was dedicated to his craft. Stringer was in his early 30s.

Ghost has a wife and kids. Side chick who is with the FBI. A #2 who is a drug addict. However, he is willing to get his hands dirty and do what needs to be done. Like Avon, he's a Boss willing to put in work, but discreetly. He's older than Stringer (early 40s), so he appears to have more experience dealing with people with higher social status. However, like Stringer, he got played by some club owners who took is DJ.

I don't hold either of them getting played against them. They where inexperienced and that is how you learn the game.

Both guys believe they are smarter than they actually are.

harder than you think

i'd say stringer, but in reality he's a snake.. but what's ghost got... 1 club... some laundry joints

stringer had real estate, a few businesses spread out all over the place... a few cribs spread out... and millions being laundered... plus ran a deep crew.. and wasn't even on police radar until decades later

ghost leading by his dikk... having to kill on a weekly basis because his own mistakes the week prior.. lost the 1 club he did have.. refused to just open another so he tapdanced and sold hisself into slavery to get it back... really only has 3 people in his crew (tommy and spanish cat) but he will ride for you no matter what.. and it's never a bad thing to have an fbi prosecutor helping you through the whole thing and he was supplying all of new york... not just one side of bmore

in the end, i'll go with ghost... at least i don't have to worry about when this nikka is going to snitch on me or have me killed.. plus i would have been smart enough to take my money and leave the game with him

From a street and business prospective I'm rolling with Stringer. Stringer is smarter than Ghost. Has a higher business acumen. And Stringer had no attachments, that meant he's hard to touch. If Stringer wanted to go get at Ghost, he'd have Traiq clapped, and Ghost's whole world would collapse. Stringer also would've been heartless enough to have Angie clapped.

Ghost is a smarter buisness man. He knows how to work both street and white collar business. String was a street nikka with white collar aspirations.

Ghost is loyal String was not
Sting was a savage at heart
Ghost is a lover at heart. He will give you the world..but never wave ya hand in front of his face...

Ghost ain't a man without a country. He can do both. Hard enough for the streets, smart enough to go clean, evident after how he outsmarted Stern and how when he was ready to get out, he did the real nikka thing and smoked everyone himself :wow:
