Breh WHY is it so hard to find people talking about working in IAM? :why: I've literally only caught 2 or 3 videos. Everything else is talking about what it is or an promo video for some company

Got a raise less than a year in :blessed: didnt expect it at all but im not complaining

My goal now is just moving up a level to increase the pay scale even more. My manager is putting me in the position to do that so I should be able to hit this on the next promo cycle

I'm currently studying for my first certification. The ITIL 4 certification.
How much is it worth in the industry?

ITIL Foundation was required cert at several companies I worked for. I used the axelos mobile app mostly to study for the exam. By far one of the most boring subject matters to learn.

How do you guys feel about being the solo IT person in a company?
It can be a pain, though that really depends on the size of the company. I do IT for a K-12 school + their staff along with cybersecurity training, network monitoring and Meraki and whenever I'm working on one thing, or spending time researching it with ChatGPT or whatever, something isn't getting worked on & falls behind.

The people there will pretty much view you as the pro.

Do you have a link to that app. I can't seem to find it
