ITIL Foundation was required cert at several companies I worked for. I used the axelos mobile app mostly to study for the exam. By far one of the most boring subject matters to learn.I'm currently studying for my first certification. The ITIL 4 certification.
How much is it worth in the industry?

It can be a pain, though that really depends on the size of the company. I do IT for a K-12 school + their staff along with cybersecurity training, network monitoring and Meraki and whenever I'm working on one thing, or spending time researching it with ChatGPT or whatever, something isn't getting worked on & falls behind. How do you guys feel about being the solo IT person in a company?
Do you have a link to that app. I can't seem to find itITIL Foundation was required cert at several companies I worked for. I used the axelos mobile app mostly to study for the exam. By far one of the most boring subject matters to learn.
