The goal is to discourage Black voters from supporting Kamala. Whether we vote for Orange or stay at home...it doesn't matter.

It's an attack from different angles. Make you hate Democrats while simultaneously not offering a reason to vote FOR Republicans because there is no reason for us to vote for them. They know the GOP doesn't have a platform with anything on it....so the goal is to sow discord and make us outsmart ourselves. You see this with entertainers stanning Orange. You see this with a flood of polls...many of the recent ones being right leaning. Media needs a horse race so they ignore most of Orange's bullshyt and then cover Kamala with a close eye. This makes the candidates appear more even than they really are. They will dig into her more and more to keep Orange propped up. He can barely keep even with her despite being graded on a HUGE curve.

Notice that all the doom and gloomers and Team BothSides never have a tangible list of reasons to support the Republicans. It's mostly focused on convincing you to not vote at all.

That's an old trope. I think the media is doing its best to make this more even close than it needs to be.

Dying media outlets benefit from a chaotic Trump presidency. They don't care about journalism anymore, just ad revenue. CNN alone saw an exponential increase in viewership since Trump announced in 2015. that's 6 years of great ratings at the expense of American people.

I think the NYT doing this hit piece was meant to make it go viral. The comments are blowing up as we speak and this "trend" will be picked up by other outlets trying to scapegoat a demographic that has voted more in majority for one party than any other demographic. it's sick
