I'm honestly not sure if it's steeped in racism.... I would need some evidence to support that.

Here's my broad stance. I feel like the issue is a lot more complicated than we( the international community) are willing to discuss because it drives a stake in the heart of the idea of nations, sovereignty, responsibility in a greater sense, and a host of other issues I'm too tired to tick off.

I am against racism. I'm against imprisoning people generally and in this case.

I don't think immigrating to Israel is a positive option for these people the same way I would not feel that immigrating to a Muslim country unless they're Muslim is a positive option(even then imo, no but I'll stay on topic). There are too many cultural barriers in the case of Israel for it to be beneficial. On top of it all Israel is a poor, small, and is essentially in a constant state of war.
