What’s the small print that Hamas tried to change in the deal?

Doubt it matters. Israel doesn't want a ceasefire anyway.

Even if Hamas agreed to it, Netanyahu would just find some way to stop it from happening.

I'm seeing clips on YouTube if people saying Lebanon and Hezbollah are hitting North Israel and getting tickets thru the dome.

I'm not seeing anything about this anywhere though. People are saying that everyone surrounding Israel are arming up to take down the dome.

Is this true?

Timeline change and grantees from the US.

Two Egyptian security sources said that Hamas has requested a written guarantee from the US for a permanent ceasefire as well as the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip in order to agree to the US-backed ceasefire proposal.

Biden's ceasefire proposal, the so-called "three phase plan", entails the gradual release of Israeli captives held in Gaza, the freeing of Palestinian prisoners and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from areas in the Gaza Strip over two phases. The plan also includes the reconstruction of Gaza and the return hostages' bodies.

While the US claims that Israel has accepted the proposal, Israel has not publicly confirmed its acceptance.

Hamas responded on Tuesday to a ceasefire proposal outlined by US President Joe Biden on 31 May, capping days of waiting for an official response from the group.

"The state of Qatar and the Arab Republic of Egypt announce that they have received today a response from [Hamas] and the Palestinian factions regarding the most recent proposal for a ceasefire deal and the exchange of prisoners and detainees," a statement from Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs read.

White House Spokesperson John Kirby said the US had received the response Hamas delivered to the mediators, and that the US was "working its way" through it.

"The response prioritises the interests of the Palestinian people and emphasises the need for a complete halt to the ongoing aggression in Gaza," Hamas and Islamic Jihad said in a joint statement.

They said they were ready to "engage positively to reach an agreement that puts an end to this war".

According to Reuters, Hamas's response includes a counter-proposal for a new timeline for the permanent ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza.

Qatar said in its statement that it would study the response with Egypt and coordinate with the parties.

Israel has still yet to even agree and have been contradicting the US by saying they're going to keep going regardless, but it will be spun a different way, because our media and this administration is compromised.

The United States has said Israel accepted its proposal, but Israel has not publicly said this. Israel, which has continued assaults in central and southern Gaza, among the bloodiest of the war, has repeatedly said it would not commit to an end of its campaign in Gaza before Hamas is eliminated.

If people want to read the full text of the proposal.

a. Hamas will release all living Israeli civilian women and children (under 19 years who are not soldiers), in exchange of Israel releasing 30 children and women for each Israeli hostage that will be released, subject to lists to be provided by Hamas based on precedence of their imprisonment.

Reading this, you have to wonder how many Palestinian women and children are being held in illegal administrative detention.

Stop.

n April 2022, there were 4,450 Palestinian security prisoners in Israeli prisons – including 160 children, 32 women, and 530 "administrative detainees" (incarcerated without charge).[5]

. I have heard this ranting before. It was made by Hitler and the Nazis against the soviets and ironically, Jews of Eastern Europe. It is known as the Barbarossa decree.

“ If you have not managed to identify and punish the perpetrators of anti-German acts, you are allowed to apply the principle of collective responsibility. 'Collective measures' against residents of the area where the attack occurred can then be applied after approval by the battalion commander or higher level of command";
