Irans nuclear program is nowhere near as advanced. They are barely past having enough enriched uranium to actually start tests.

Israel could easily first strike and Iran wouldn’t even be able to retaliate even if they had a functioning nuke.

Additionally, while Iran is not a nuclear power (although reports do indicate they're very close), Pakistan their ally is.

Israel may have 400 or so bombs, but Pakistan has 200 as well.

If it comes to a serious conflict, those countries can basically level the entire area between them.

Pakistan is not going to sacrifice their entire nation for Iran.

Especially when Israel isn’t even a threat to them. They would just enjoy more regional power in Iran’s absence.
