Also, he left the comfort of a beautiful country like Tanzania to go to an active war zone and apartheid state like Israel. Israel probably didn’t warn him of the danger they were putting him in.
The young man was living/working in a kibbutz which is a Jewish Zionist settlement. The particular kibbutz called Nahal oz is right on the border of Israel and the Gaza Strip. It doesn’t even make sense to say “he just wanted to study agriculture” Tanzania’s entire economy is predominantly agriculture. Why would he have to go all the way to Israel of all countries to learn how to farm land? That’s like leaving the United States to learn coding on the front lines in the Ukraine.
It would make more sense if they said he was studying in an area that Israel is more advanced in like computer science etc in which he would be in a safe area like Tel Aviv with all of the white foreign exchange students. But no, they imported young black Tanzanians just so they could be the cannon fodder for Hamas rockets/attacks
