Expenses are not the same as investment opportunities but you spend on both. You refuse to see from a perspective that isn't your own. Understand their motivations don't agree with them but see how they move like they do. Saying is money is money is missing the point. These are not excuses. I'm giving you the rationality behind their decision making.

Not everything we communicate here is about what we feel personally. Don't look at this like I'm telling you what they do is right or wrong. I'm telling you why they do it. I see a discrepancy in the understanding behind the spending based on the comparisons.

At the root of it is your capitalistic society. If America were to pivot to spending more at home and less abroad you would be surprised at how many people would cry about socialism once they start to see dwindling returns on foreign investment. Less contracts for military shyt and more for domestic incentives, less global dominance and influence. Military spending drives your country and is a direct factor in its position in the world. Understand that you can't have it both ways. Not with capitalism behind the wheel

Our tax money is literally being wasted …ain’t no fukking “investment” bruh ..that’s ridiculous framing ..if anything spending money on things like education is an actual investment as the more educated your citizenry is the more earning potential and thus spending potential they have ..which is good for the economy

I notice now, anytime they post a video, it is getting into the millions in views quickly and folks in the comment section seem to be equally as impressed with their reporting. It shows, if you put out just straight solid reporting without the bullshyt, people will flock to it.

Folks on here who are probably better educated on the subject probably fully understood this already, but for me, after this particular report I appreciate more why Palestinians don't want to flee south and also why some countries, like Egypt and Jordan don't want to allow them to become refugees. It's because Israel, especially under netanyahu has shown their whole end goal is to remove Palestinians completely from Israel. There have been a few times where Israel tells Palestinians to move or force them to move and then when these people want to come back home, they are refused the ability to. It's a way for Israel to shrink what little land they have even further. If they move south, it's a good chance that those people will never be able to return. If there is a mass amount of refugees into Egypt or Jordan, Israel will use it as an opportunity to take more land and those people will never be allowed back. They show one woman in the report who is old enough to have been part of the two previous major expulsions by Israel and she is like fukk it, you need to kill me in my home then instead of forcing me to move a 3rd time. I respect it and its inhumane what Israel is doing.
