I know it's not an issue for you, but the rest of us prefer to discuss politics within a framework of reality. The US government has not gone $2 trillion into debt on Israel/Ukraine this last year (not even 1/20th of that), and the article he linked in the OP made no such claim.

The deficit is high as it is and the spending on the wars are making it higher. Even though the article doesnt specify exactly whats being spent, we all know that the deficit is increasing the more money they give to israel and ukraine amongst other spending. Thats common sense. :yeshrug:

The amount spent on Israel/Ukraine is literally just a fraction of the rounding error OP made when he claimed the deficit was $2 trillion. The deficit is actually $1.83 trillion, and without ANY Ukraine/Israel funding (even the normal funding they get in non-war years), it would have still been $1.75 trillion.

So in reality, spending on Ukraine/Israel had ZERO impact on his $2 trillion claim.

If that's your response then I think it is YOU who does not understand macro economics.
You are only capable of one-liners, you wouldnt be able to explain anything properly.
That's why all you had to say is cry more :russ:

All im gonna say is that the biden administration likes to lie about numbers and cant be trusted when it comes to the truth. Look at what they did with the job numbers. Probably lying about those spending numbers too. Something isnt adding up.

This is where you find out that Congress dictates spending numbers, not the Biden administration. The federal government can sometimes move a little money around, but it can't add to the deficit at all without Congress explicitly approving that particular amount. Even if the Biden Administration was somehow sneaking a trillion dollars to Ukraine, it would have to come out of already allocated spending, it couldn't be new spending from the deficit.
