The average nicer house is going to run you 400K or more depending on where you live, when you factor that in with land and property, I'm probably worth 800K to 1.2 M or more if we factoring in houses, property, and other assets.

Makes that 14 million less impressive to me, but its still a lot of money and I'd gladly trade bank accounts with him.
