Isn't it ironic that Ray J will probably be the next hiphop billionaire after Kanye.

More power to Ray J, but should chill on the billionaire talk.

Props to him I love to see Black folks get money.

My wife and I briefly discussed buying stocks before we got into real estate, but there are to many unknown factors with that and you can lose a lot of money real quick if you aren't careful.

We came to the conclusion neither of us was educated enough about stocks and real estate was a much safer play for us and our money.

Its a lot of money, but thats the type of money you could be broke in a couple of years if you not staying up on your taxes, bills, and investing right.

Being worth 14 million and having 14 million are different as well.

He is probably worth 14 million in assets, that doesn't mean he has 14 million cash laying around in a bank account. That's not how they calculate that. The average nicer house is going to run you 400K or more depending on where you live, when you factor that in with land and property, I'm probably worth 800K to 1.2 M or more if we factoring in houses, property, and other assets.

Makes that 14 million less impressive to me, but its still a lot of money and I'd gladly trade bank accounts with him.
