The Nets are AWFUL on defense this year. No amount of points can help you when you cant stop a nosebleed. Those OKC and Warriors teams could make stops and let KD, Curry, and klay light you up and force you to take bad shots to keep pace with their scoring.

Part of it is also the way the game has changed. There's more stars in the league right now, the worst teams in the league have guys that can put 40 on you. Offense is easy to come by now.
Right now it's all about having defensive discipline as a team while being able to have an offensive system that allows you to plug in and play players regardless of the personnel on the court. That's what the Warriors, Suns, Celtics, got going right now
