To keep it one hundred the production and features on this were better than him. The mixing on his vocals suck as well as you can barley hear him on some songs. His rapping on this sucked to me with the exception of a few songs and he lacked any real depth on most of this album with every song being about fukking hoes. I mean I see what he was going for with this, it's basically an homage to southern hiphop of the past but rhyme wise he sounded like a mumbly weaker version of JID, Smino and Mick Jenkins which just doesn't work.

The songs I'm keeping from this/enjoyed are Darkseid, From The Garden, Claymore,Headshots, Chad, Don't Shoot, Score

My favorites are Headshots and HB2U

The rest I'll probably never play again and overall I'm disappointed with this when I truly wanted to like it.

Yeah I’ve listened and listened and this project isn’t for me. I want to like it but can’t. Maybe I’ll revisit later on in the year and it sounds different then.

This flow isn’t it and dude really has dumbed down the lyrics for real. He’s really muffled I don’t get that
Me and you in the same boat for real. I loved Cilicia Demo and even Suns Tirade was dope to me but this one ain't it.

I think it's like he's paying homage to southern rap with the mumbling but it isn't good.

You just add all the scores and divide it by the number of tracks. That's how you get an average:yeshrug:......but either way I gotta give it more spins before I make a final judgment. Some tracks will prolly grow on me.
an 89 is close to 90. That's aboout a 4.5/5 mics. that's why i found the math odd. You gave it a 4.25. That's an 85

The 4.25 mics was moreso what I expect it to settle on after the dust settles. Plus i'm always more stingy on the 5 mic system than the 100. Truthfully I gave a couple 10's that prolly shoulda got a 9. But I can't make a final judgment for at least another month to see how the replay value holds up:yeshrug:
