I say yes but it just depends on needs and wants. I watch live TV for the news and sports. Love the DVR too. Cons are paying for the premium channels but I can just stream the movies or shows elsewhere if I really want to watch.

I switched to it 2 years ago after being on DirecTV for like 10 years. My parents had DirecTV for like 15-20 years. Brother had it for years. We all wish we switched sooner. Still cheaper than anything we ever paid for. Get pretty much every channel we care to watch. Unlimited DVR. No spotty connections. Customize the live guide how you want. The only thing I don’t like is the dispute with Bally Sports so I don’t get my Cardinals. But that’s more of a Sinclair issue that many tv providers have.

I’m on my Moms, she lives in DC I live in Little Rock. I get all of my local stations but I’m also an admin, when I wasn’t I couldn’t even use it for anything except the ondemand library

I liked it…but too expensive to pay for outside of football season…I don’t watch regular TV enough to justify paying almost $75/mo. for it (base package + 4K)…just cancelled it yesterday
