Is Wes Welker A HOF Player?

4 all pros? 
i entered the thread on a "hellll no" premise... but you cant discount 4 all pros, which i didnt know he had that many. zero rings though in 3 superbowls, so ill change that hell no to a simple no
I specifically stated two first-team all-pros and two second team all-pros.

I know but some people saying 4 all pros and it skews their viewpoint
He had a nice peak but it was too short and his longevity wasn't there either.
I'm not making the argument that Welker is better than some other WR's of his generation that may be less "accomplished". I don't want the Pro Football HOF turning into the basketball HOF. The reason I think Welker MAY have a chance is because he may not be looked at as just a WR, but the top slot WR for a five or six year period. People may separate a slot WR and their worthiness from other WR's.
I don't necessarily disagree. He probably didn't have a long enough run.

No...but he was a very good player in the high point of his career
I think as a WR...they want to see those 1st team, PB and other awards...but I think they also look at total TDs (you probably need at minimum 90) and whether they have over 1000 receptions and at minimum 10,000 yards....he falls short on the details.
If he were in the 90+ TD range, with 2 more PB votes, and 2-3 more all pro selections...I'd say he's in, but that 50 will defintely hurt him
