Its funny how other qbs dont get any blame even when they are directly responsible for their teams failure

nikkas talking bout the OC like he the one that threw a pick in OT last week and gave Dallas the ball already in fg position....like he's the one that threw a pick with less then a minute left yesterday to give Cincy the ball already in steeler territory

That's what happens if you have rings, if Lee Evans doesn't drop that pass and the Ravens go on to beat the Giants then people would be doing the same to Flacco.

I know the o-line is shotty at times in pass pro but is it me or at times does Big Ben hang his o-line out to dry with some of the shyt he does in the pocket?

he absolutely does, this has been one of the few knocks on Ben during his career. There were a couple of plays yesterday where he held the ball ENTIRELY too long. But with him you just gotta take the good with the bad since he's a proven winner with this style.

Even though it won't happen I'd rather see Todd Haley on the hot seat personally.

18/23 runs on 1st down. 14 of those runs straight up the gut. Not one single 1st down pass in the 1st half. In a do or die game that game plan was straight 1970 status :pacspit:

Funny, I was reading comments on the bleacher report and these idiots are calling for Tomlin's head. Dude wrote an article saying why its Big Ben's fault, providing the facts of how his last 3 INTs cost them the last two games leading to scores for the other team, him clashing with the OC, etc.

Anyone who actually watched the games knows its all Bens fault

funny how you didnt hear any of this Haley hate early on when Ben was putting up MVP #s

Dude just choked down the stretch and cost his team a playoff spot

They need to just accept that and move on instead of calling for changes that dont need to be made

How is he on the hot seat? His entire team has been injured this season and they were still contending up until last week. If anything, that's impressive enough.

The Steelers are a franchise that doesn't go through head coaches either.

:wtf:

Harrison still can't turn the corner rushing the passer because of a knee that isn't 100%. Woodley's missed games/left games early because of injury. Ike's missed the last 3, Cortez Allen missed the Dallas game, O-line was starting to gel then they got hit with the injury bug. Our current RT is a 3rd string rookie. Antonio Brown missed a couple of games. Ben missed 3 games. The GOAT backup Charlie Batch only played because our 2nd string qb the Mechanic got injured falling into the endzone :snoop:

Ben was putting up numbers before he got hurt and they were 6-3 in good position

Their defense needs an influx of young talent at all 3 levels and they need to get a workhorse RB and a couple o-linemen...

The Steelers normally aren't down for long. They missed the playoffs in 2009 and went back to the SB the next season

Pittsburgh is old and injury prone. Injured QBs and WRs, average RBs, old and injured defense, etc. The team needs an infusion of youth and better offensive schemes, then they will be back
