This post blew my mind. I never ever realized that was Stephen Lang and I've watched that film probably 50 times.It's one of my favorite movies. I get what you're saying here but I didn't think Kilmer was the only great performance. I thought pretty much everyone was great. Powers Boothe as Curly bill and Michael Biehn as Ringo were great villains.
But my favorite was fukking Stephen Lang as Ike Clanton.

there will never be a character more swagged out than Val in this movie... EVER
