I said colloquially. COLLOQUIALLY. When you listen to a rap lyric by Drake or Future or any other popular mainstream artist and they say "East African" they are NOT talking about any woman darker than a lunch bag. If you believe that they are referring to a dark skin Sudanese woman then you probably pop more molly & percocets than Future fans.
That was the point that I was trying to make. I understand that there are brown and dark women in East Africa...duhh, there are brown and dark people damn near EVERYWHERE in this world. I was asking, just simply ASKING, OP to use a term that gives props to our darker women...that's it. No offense to our E.African coli brehs. No offense AT ALL!!!
