imma have to try that, lamb neck ehhh. sounds blessed for a cold winter's day like today. No I haven’t, I’ve only ever had Jamaican chicken foot soup. Which technically doesn’t need the feet. Tbf whenever I want soup I will opt for lamb neck soup done in a Jamaican way.
I prefer it over chicken soup. It adds a sweet gaminess. If you make Jamaican chicken soup try it with lamb neck. Trust me.imma have to try that, lamb neck ehhh. sounds blessed for a cold winter's day like today.
He just had a taste test so it doesn’t look as perfect as it did before but I can get a video of the wobble.Where them after pics?

So I’m making bone broth for the BF as he’s trying to be healthy. This one has chicken carcass from the chicken I made earlier in the week some chicken feet and some pig feet. Is it considered boujie to make bone broth or is it a struggle meal because of the rejected ingredients?
I opted for the chicken and pig feet because it has plenty collagen to keep him young and sexy, this will also provide plenty of protein and should be flavourful. It has similar seasoning ingredients to one I made a few months ago below.

So the whole reason I wanted to make this is because he had some shop bought broth that taste like a$$hole.
So I made him one that’s much more pleasant to drink I Also did a taste test, side by side.
Obviously I prefer mine.
The shop bought one is kinda one dimensional, doesn’t have as much collagen and just all around flat. They just roasted the bones and boiled them with a lil salt and maybe some vinegar
Mine is spicy ( maybe a pinch too spicy for him, but I like the burn in my throat)
Also mine had the below:
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Parsley
While cilantro (leaves, stem and root)
Coriander seed
Cloves
Allspice
Parsley
Celery
Carrot
Turmeric
1|4 cup ACV
1 whole habernero
Scallions
Chives
Black pink green and white pepper corns
2 chicken carcass bones
And one pig foot
1 pack chicken feet
I added msg to the home made one, what’s with you guys and the nail, I’m not eating it. I get it looks weird but it makes no difference in this caseI’m I've found that with the bone broth you buy at the store, you have to add some MSG to bring the flavor to life.
