A lot of their testing revolves around using only fairer skinned subjects as detection thresholds.

But that is ignorant as fukk on it face because self driving cars will see the greatest use in urban population centers where there are a higher number of darker skinned folks

So the fact that they never considered that before hand:mjpls::mjpls::mjpls::mjpls::mjpls::mjpls:

From the companies I've been at, the tech departments have been mostly Indian. Even whites and other Asians have been minorities. It's been impressive the level of which they've been able to 'hire their own.' However, if you are highly skilled, you can get in and excel.

This shyt won't go on forever an economy can never reach its true potential without full employment. Once this tech boom is over and these expats move on to another field these employers won't be so :mjpls:
But seriously I urge all young blacks to go into aerospace engineering, that shyt is going to explode in a couple of years. There are accredited colleges that are taking people with GED's and 2.0GPAs, real desperate, Training doesn't take that long either about 16 months for basic training to get into the field at the basic level. Better hop on this before these foreigners flood the market again.
explain?

16 month training to be an aerospace engineer? That sounds a little unrealistic. Isn't it a complicated subject that requires years of study?

You're thinking the right way though. Being future-proof and looking at industries not yet infested with H-1B parasites. When I dropped out of school I was a CS major, and now I no longer have any desire to enter that industry since it's been flooded. Thinking of gearing my studies towards quantum computing or astrophysics.

Space is a growing sector so getting a space-related job now seems prudent.

Yes that is the answer to employment discrimination for black people. Until black men get off their asses and build institutions like we used to do, black people in all industries will have to face racism when begging white people for jobs. Not just in technology, in business, law, finance, marketing, education, and any other industry you can think of.

Black entrepreneurship is the only solution to these problems. No it's not easy, but we don't have a choice. White people will not hire black people, so unless we create the jobs to hire ourselves, our true unemployment rate will always remain in the 20-30% range.

Do your own thing isn't stupid as hell. It's the only solution. The reason why white unemployment is so low is because white people start companies and hire white people. The reason why black unemployment is so high is because 1) whites do not want to hire blacks and 2) blacks have not created enough jobs to employ the masses of black people. We want to keep ignoring this fact because like you said asking for a job is easy, creating a job is more difficult.
You are talking nothing but truth. Black people think by being tokens in large white companies are progress and then complain about racism in the workplace.
