I love watching movies on my phone on the commute and hate the idea of streaming on the go which requires data/internet and its unreliable as hell

By storing movies natively on my phone, I don't have to worry about the internet connection on the train

it's not the plus but my job just gave me an S22 w/no strings attached, cause i'm the shyt i been on a cracked and raggedy ass LG phone for some years now (they don't even make phones anymore) I was planning to upgrade it to another cheap phone in a few weeks so this was a nice surprise

I traded in my Note 20 Ultra and got an S22 Ultra for like $250 out of pocket with a $200 cash back from Honey deal. Yeah it's aight but I'm probably trading in this phone for an S23 Ultra next year just to get the $800-$900 they'll likely offer me for the trade in.

This feels like almost the same phone I traded in except I gave up MST Samsung Pay and got a new battery. I guess the refresh rate is also full resolution instead of being limited to 1080p.
