That’s my most favorite ending I’ve ever seen. That’s good what happened. I love how they made it even worse by showing the lady who left the store in the middle of the storm one of the ones who was rescued
:russ:

I wish more movies ended like this instead of all the happy endings we get. Sometimes the villains need to win or bad things need to happen so you can appreciate the good ones more and keep it fresh and exciting. I love how the Avengers Infinity War had the movie theatre completely silent at the end. Would have loved to see The Mist in person.

I saw it in person. Everybody left the theater with the :skip: look on their face. I just remember the theater being mad quiet when it left out. Like people were so conditioned to happy Hollywood endings they didn’t know how to react. Personally I was like:banderas:

I couldn’t believe they had the balls to pull that off

Oh man I would’ve been on the floor. That’s the most shocked face i ever saw my gf when we watched it on TV.

Im glad they had the balls to do it. They need to remember their job is to keep them entertained not to make them feel good. By any means necessary.

If they need help pass me the pen and I’ll write up some messed up endings for them

I seen it in theaters.

I've mentioned this before but I guess a bunch of people were under the obviously false assumption it was a date movie. You know, horror = date movie, since the 80's.

This sh*t was clearly not a date movie.

In the theater lobby afterwards it was full of awkward couples....girls crying and yelling at their boyfriends :damn: "why'd you take me to see this f*cked up sh*t?"....men all standing there like :francis:

I made my way towards the exit like :hubie:
