Im not with day I think he doesn’t have that dog man. Take some chances on 4th. That FG before half was glaring like get another play off man. Our back 4 is young but I think they gained a lot of experience especially Sonny styles man. He’s gonna look at this tape and see the plays he could’ve made just being aggressive.

Nicca took more bad angles today than the bih who played Previous take wit selfies

What if he’s not it either

Eh I'll take that

End of the day, they got gifted a score off Kyle's bs, and then Day was a foo on that drive before the last with running the clock down the entire time then you wouldn't have been in such a rush with no timeouts on that last one. I ain't even gonna speak on Knowles. Coaching malpractice and QB malpractice. Just sunt for 18 fr. He deserved better.

I know you not trying to hear it, but honestly this was a good game on you alls half, (with out doing any X & O type shyt), things just breaking our way finally, usually in a game like this we play tight and it slips away, or out right fukk up

Day ain't it. The fact that McCord was the best QB he had this season is reason enough to move on.

It’s hard to find a good quality qb, all the really good qbs most teams would want aren’t home grown, so… also dudes like a 5 star i believe

Day is becoming a husky version of John Cooper. I don’t know if he can grow into that killer mentality that Tressel and Meyer had. I know that he’s still a young coach but he has to stop playing conservative in key situations. Sometimes you have to say fukk it and go for the throat during a game and he keeps wanting to play it safe. Playing it safe can hold you back from being great. Chances make champions and he needs to have a self reflection it he willing to do whatever it takes to be elite. He’s a good football coach but OSU is paying him to be elite and he’s not living up to the standards of the contract.

Also, it time to accept that Larry Johnson needs to go. The defense line been mid for the last few years and it cost the team big time games. He and Fleming Parker need to be somewhere else next season.

Yeah I've heard there were rumblings of LJ & Knowles sharing different philosophies which is possibly leading to the recruitment and teaching of the *wrong* players for Knowles system but who knows. Like u said tho, been too long since that line has made a major impact.

Thing that kill me though is you ain't go out on your sword and you ain't keep that same energy u do against mfs lesser than. All them cute Stover dial ups, Marv running out the backfield & moving him all over the place on some Cheetah shyt, the recent run scheme packages, going for it on 4th against other teams---where was all of that at? Straight up coaching like he scared as hell to lose instead of to win.

I read that McCord was telling players to not make mistakes before the game. That mentality will destroy you against elite competition. You have to go in there with a urge to kill with no fear. That mindset starts from the top and Day will get chase out of Columbus if he doesn’t grow some balls in these big time moments.

The irony :unimpressed:

They did enough to give themselves a chance. I cant blame mccord for the game ending int. He didnt get a good release of the ball cuz he was hit. Michigan lb who hit him blitzed on a stunt amd bulldozed our left guard. Roman wilson was right. They wanted it more. :aicmon:
