enough of this bullshyt. the argument is in the fukkin context, if you're strictly basing an argument over a "professional" record, that's fine.

I been said that bruce lee is a legend/icon who basically created MMA. Now be honest, how we gonna compare bruce lee to tyson/ali/silva when he don't even have a professional record my dude. This thread is about anderson silva being ready to be compared with people who dominated their fighting sport. Bruce lee is not one of them.

Always thought Bruce Lee was a great fighter as well as a martial artist. Read this topic and found this video.

A good comment pertaining to this

Well there are many thing on the net about this man said this or that whether it is true or not who knows however on a video "What Bruce Lee Taught Me" - by Joe Lewis he (JL) said that he worked out with Bruce Lee many times in preparation for his first full contact fight. Knocking his opponent out with a double hook. Now why would a full contact fighter want to train with someone who does not know how to fight??

As Lewis said "lee was not a fighter, a great teacher but not a fighter." There are many coaches you can learn from that are good teachers but not fighters. As a matter of fact this is usually the way. Angelo Dundee trained Ali, Leonard and many others. Dundee was not a good fighter. Cus Demato taught Tyson. Who do you think would win. Lee, Norris, Lewis and other all trained together and shared ideas. A real champ takes any opportunity to learn from anyone...even lee

:jawalrus: Bruce Lee?

Come on breh, dude was a legend on his own right but not because of his competitive fights. If you're gonna include an action star, might as well include Chuck Norris. He was a world karate champ and finished with a 183–10–2 career record. But for real, are we gonna include Chuck Norris in this shiet? :skip::skip:
