Ember is weak at promos and her character is Finn Balor-esque (not in a good way) so I can't see her surpassing Sasha.
As one of the people making that point, I'll elaborate. I'm not saying every Black woman automatically gets hit with that label because like you said, Naomi doesn't have it. Neither does Ember Moon for that matter (though we'll see how she handles the extra exposure of the main roster). What I'm saying is that being a Black woman makes it more likely to get that label attached to you when you do or say something people don't like because we, as Black people, tend to get held to different standards.
Also, the whole reason I look at the attitude thing funny is because by all accounts, most interactions Sasha has with fans and people in the industry are positive. She has lots of friends in the locker room, has been cosigned by certified legends like Austin and Michaels, and always shouts out fans on her social media, at house shows, and wherever else. Even Stephanie was bigging her up on commentary during the Rumble. Yet, despite all that, she still gets talked about like she's this raging bytch at every person she comes into contact with. All based off a few incidents where she made a poor choice or had a poor reaction. That shyt just looks funny to me, and personally, I do believe people wouldn't still be talking about this if Sasha was white.It would have been news, but not shyt people were still bringing up almost a year after Summerslam '17.
She had a high profile falling out with Charlotte over pro wrestling booking. She has real life beef with Alexa that has mysterious origins too. Of course there’s the tweet of Rusev around summerslam too. Her being black is something but I never heard a negative word about Naomi ever. Even Cameron being extremely bitter after getting fired still vouched for Naomi being real.
The Rusev thing ties into the Summerslam incident and like I said before, she isn't the first talent to have beef with people in the locker room. Certainly things she needs to work on and deal with, sure. I'm not letting her off the hook for poor decisions or saying she's handled everything with 100% grace and poise. I'm saying the fact that it sticks to her the way it does despite most people she comes into contact with saying they have no problem with her looks funny to me. Now if there are a whole list of incidents we aren't privy to, then fine. But I can only go on what I know.
On the Naomi point, I'll say she likely just handles things better. Naomi has always come across as very mature whereas Sasha comes across like she's still a kid in some aspects. I'll say again that I'm not saying every Black woman automatically gets labelled a problem. I'm saying, based on my experience, it's far easier to get that label and have it stick when you're a Black woman. Especially in any form of entertainment.

I love Naomi but the facts are Sasha has more people following her around. Sasha has some weirder fans at times because like I said before she appeals to a whole host of demographics. So it's believable that Sasha is going to have more run-ins with weirdos than Naomi is.
I think it's also worth pointing out that it's not like Sasha has been buried out here. She's not Dana Brooke or Alicia Foxx. She still gets featured weekly on Raw and usually makes the PPV card one way or another. More than likely her push was halted for other reasons besides perceived issues with her attitude - concerns about her health/working style and the company wanting to push other women, namely. Becky is practically a living Disney character with how pleasant she is and she's actually doing worse than Sasha.
