Ross wasn't outshined he more than held his own renegaded Hov on FWMYKIGI, had one of the greatest verses of the 2010's destroying Kanye on Devil In A New Dress. Held his own next to Meek, Nas, Andre 3000, Drake, etc.

Ross can spit, the man improved tremendously around the time Deeper Than Rap dropped. He has legit classic songs under his belt.

No, please Ross has been carried his whole career. Every notable record he had was either because of the beat or because of a feature. Ashton Martin is basically Drake's song, he did the hook and had the best verse. Boss was because of T-Pain, Jay Z destroyed him on Maybach Music 1, Triple Beam Dreams Nas destroyed him, Super High Ne-Yo

Every top tier rapper had hits by themselves or they was the reason it was hot. Tips hottest records "U don't know me" "Why you wanna" "What you know" are undeniably his records. Kendricks "Swimming Pools" "bytch Don't kill my vibe" by himself. Weezy has Fireman and Amilli, and Lollipop by himself. 50 Cent In Da Club, and Candy Shop are by himself. Hot nikka is the best and most recent example of a song being hot because of the dude rapping on it. No hook and a 5 year old beat.

Its why Ross never went plat. Dude sucks, he just knew how to pick beats and call the right nikka to jump on it. Ross is why southern rap gets shyt on by nikkas like @aboss4real24 and its hard for southern artist to get respect in some circles.
