and his run was really like 08-13, five years is still nice, but let's not act like he was tier one running shyt in 06-08 (tho port of miami is till one of my favorite ross albums) and he definitely wasn't making the same noise in 14 as he was in 10-12, so while h'e been in the game ~10 years, that's not the length of his run.

Yeah it's over but he's buddy buddy with a lot of the hottest dudes in the game so he'll stay afloat. He had a good run especially after Blowing Money Fast, pretty much milked it for everything he could. Got a label with some successful artists, some label compilations (first one had real classics) and still dropped albums with hype. He is still relevant but he's been stuck in a box since Teflon Don..it's the same album over and over.

The crazy thing is he's put out some of his better music recently, it's just the last 3 projects have been whiffed over by the general population. trap beats, soul beats, radio beats, none of his singles stick anymore when they used to always at least get some burn.
Once Rich Forever turned into a mixtape instead of an album and that YOLO album with Drake fell through ... it's been a backward slide.

As much as I don't want to admit it, Ross makes some bangers at times. but he does seem kind of over saturated in the market right now.

Teflon Don still was the Ross persona in idealized form imo. Musically there's incredible music on there. I wish he'd go back to that.
