The Truth
Standard for who? Women been doing this shyt for centuries

It seems men are more engaged these days to do something with their looks, insecurities, and self-esteem… especially in a highly judgmental society (especially in our race). Whatever is in their resources and control

As a black man, I feel SOMETIMES I have to be absolutely PERFECT to receive the kind of care, affection, concern, and admiration others may get just for being basic.. and it’s not just looks.

It’s finances, career, education, and now with looks when it comes to dating (especially bw, but its majority women in a general sense) and perfect is something I could never be.

So if this is becoming a thing, cool. Fix what you can control but don’t judge BM for doing shyt other have done for decades or don’t get graded on our scale the same… especially women.
