LES? i have a cousin that lives laguardia houses (projects near the fdr drive) and says it has gotten better throughout the LES and i lived in astoria near LIC and i never heard of anything bad goin on in LIC other than QB lol

LES has gotten better due to the gentrification, but the slums are still dangerous. shots ringing in broad daylight. LIC doesnt belong on that list.Astoria is more along the lines of the rest of places named.

Ain't no shots licking out in broad day light. I know the incident that took place on Madison but that's not the usual. You might hear a murder happen once a year on that side. All those projects are going to be co-ops in 10 years.

It still gets pretty dangerous in Harlem n Uptown. nikkas just aint stupid with it like back in the 90s. On the low, gang activity and violence have been getting progressively worse. All this bang bang Chicago bullshyt is starting to influence the youth.

the gangs are transforming for the worse. The bloods and crips have sorta melted into a more frenzied YB'z vs YG'z battle. some of the bronx streets will forever remain aligned to certain colors up and down 183, LK's in morrisania, Bloods up and down weeks etc the crips stronghold in Brooklyn doesnt change, but overall you'll see these two alignments all across the city.
