You need to understand that "You" control your body and mind. Its not the other way around. You need to talk back to those self defeating thoughts to shut them down. The mind is a battlefield.

I am very addicted to porn/fapping/being on the internet in general.

I am sort of depressed/not motivated in my life at the moment. I feel porn/fapping is the only good thing in my life at the moment and can't let go of it. I fap 5 times a day and stay online most of the day browsing forums.

I already made a thread about my issues but to recap: I'm 30 years old and am unemployed/broke (only have 30 dollars in my savings account). I am obese and have a two year degree in Business Management.

For those that have done NoFap is it worth it? will it change my life?

Go to a coding academy/teach yourself, exercise (eat right, vitamins, get a GMC bike from Walmart and get it tuned up), do something productive in the wee hours of the morning until you fall asleep.
