Is nas "one mic" the most fake deep song in hiphop history?

What CAC rapper makes anything close to this?
Not a white rapper but it does kind of have a Phil Collins kind of feel, I wouldn't be surprised if he was going for an "In The Air Tonight" vibe, especially the beat.

Hahaa...honestly I prefer Nas on his street-telling tales and righteous gangster style. His fully conscious songs aren't the best, just as is the case with most rappers. Very few rappers do the conscious thing well anyways.

Nas was the producer of this song. Just saying that because the song breaks a lot of rules and doesn't stay on formula. Slow quiet beat to upbeat back down and then up again. People actually hate on this song?

I like all his songs... like
'We're not alone'

It's not fake deep... you nikkas just have a different view and some are just cacs

lol I don’t think it’s necessarily “deep” from a lyrical standpoint…it was moreso about the construction and execution of the song itself that made it creative …I fukk with it, especially as part of the album as a whole
