They will be ass for sure next year. This team has 22 starters between offense and defense but only two of them have any positive impact, and those two are leaving in the draft at the end of the season. Those two are keeping the team afloat but it's full of leaks in the receiving core, the offensive line, and the entire defense.

They don't have a recruiting pipeline outside of shopping in the value section of the transfer portal. Personnel wise there is no one stepping up any time soon to solve these problems. Combine that with a vacuum at QB and with your top WR/CB and I don't see how this team wins more than 3 conference games next year.

3 would be generous they might not get 3 this year breh

Exactly and the crazy part is how he just totally doesn’t recruit high school players. NFL coaches and players aren’t built for college because in the league you not developing anyone you just refining they skill set
