Idk but when I went to Hawaii and needed to get weed, I was told to ask a bum and I did that and he sent me on a side quest type journey to meet two different people to get weed.

that type of shyt happened all the time when i was a young weed smoking kid.
Start out the day broke, need to put together 10 dollars for sack of weed. find a dude whose willing to put in in exchange for a ride somewhere or something because he don't have a car. But wait, we need gas money and money for a swisher on top of that $10. another couple of sidequests later, we chilling passing around a blunt between like 5 dudes.
