I'll try a different way. Your phrasing "One must beg the question" is completely wrong. Begging the question is a method of questioning a premise without foundation. It is self referential. Your first link explained that.
Your second link, which you DID NOT READ, has variations on begging the question BUT THEY ARE ALL SELF-REFERENTIAL. Even when it says "You beg the question" such a usage is based on a discussion where a premise needs to be questioned.
It's not only ironic that you post 2 links that PROVE YOU ARE WRONG, your entire "article" is filled with assertions that would qualify as "begging the question".
