I know if Bret never got concussed he'd still be working today and training people. He'd be like his dad. It's ironic and sad that the dude that never hurt anybody was hurt by a non worker in a promotion he(Bret) shouldn't have been in. In another universe a healthy Bret and Shawn run it byke in the Invasion angle and it's fire.

That would probably be the greatest wrestling storyline of all time and the fans would've went crazy for that shyt. But knowing vince he would've tried to do some screwjob 2.0 shyt and chump Bret. I could only rock with that storyline if bret wins

I don't recall Punk getting a rematch after the 400+ day reign being ended by The Rock.

Hogan didn't get a rematch after losing the title to Goldberg.

Keith Lee didn't get a rematch after losing his NXT title to Karrion Kross. (Still an amazing promo video for their match...)

Don't recall Rey Mysterio getting a rematch when he won and lost the title to Cena in a single episode of Raw.

No Moxley/Jericho rematch.

On the Kofi side of things, I'm very interested in hearing his honest thoughts. In the back of my mind, I always imagine that wrestlers weigh their desires against money decisions that can set them up to retire with their health in tact.

I also wonder if Woods and E played a factor in his solo arc. Smackdown on Fox debuted October 4th. By the 21st, Woods is out until the following October. Kofi & E had to float the brand themselves through Mania season.
