If someone makes some laugh they are funny point blank. They a popular because they are funny.

Charlie Murphy isnt that funny doing standups but he funny on the Chappelle show. He is funny, but not to the degree of his brother.

He's naturally funny. His interviews and SOME of his antics can be hilarious. His stand ups are all the same though. He really takes a paint by numbers approach to telling his jokes. Every standup hits the same beats just worded differently.

Outside of seeing him in The 40 Year Old Virgin I've never checked out anything else starring him or his stand up. But with another one of his stand ups coming to the theaters again after just a year from when the last was released, I'm interested in knowing if this dude is really that funny.

I got a couple of things recording on the DVR this weekend that he's been/will be on (The Tonight Show With Jay Leno repeat, Saturday Night Live repeat, Kevin Hart: Seriously Funny stand up and the first episode of Nick Cannon's newly revamped show, Wild N' Out)

But is breh funny?
