no, he's destructively bad on defense. it's concerning especially being a big whom are supposed to be the most important pieces on the floor defensively. from an offense standpoint he's probably top 20

Def top 10 offensive player. Amazing how bad he's been defensively though. If he becomes even a slightly above average defender, he's first team all-NBA

He was statistically the worst center in the league when it comes to defense, which is one of the things that was supposed to be a strong point for him.

OT, but am I wrong for thinking the Wolves should extend Lavine? I know he's coming off an injury and isn't a star, but has good potential. Is it possible they can get Lavine to agree to a 3 yr/51 mi extension? Also any chance Wiggins would agree to an extension that's 10-20% less than the max?
