To answer the thread title, no Justin Herbert is the most overrated.

Herbert is not bad either, just overrated.
I can see why you would say that..I am extremely conflicted on him. He reminds me of a pre injury Carson Palmer. Big, tall, picture perfect mechanics, insane sccuracy, very good deep ball,.special arm strength. On paper, he is missing nothing

I agree he is the prototype of a NFL qb that GMs love and isn't total garbage like those types usually are (Christian Hackenberg, etc).

From a measurables standpoint he is not overrated. He also isn't bad at all, and is a pretty good qb. I just think there is something about him mentally that gives him a ceiling. I've seen it since he was at Oregon and it has shown up in the pros too.

And he is physically tough as nails. He has brain farts more often than I would like. So its his decision making that can be shaky and his pocket presence is inconsistent, also
