To answer the thread title, no Justin Herbert is the most overrated.
Herbert is not bad either, just overrated.

I can see why you would say that..I am extremely conflicted on him. He reminds me of a pre injury Carson Palmer. Big, tall, picture perfect mechanics, insane sccuracy, very good deep ball,.special arm strength. On paper, he is missing nothingTo answer the thread title, no Justin Herbert is the most overrated.

I agree he is the prototype of a NFL qb that GMs love and isn't total garbage like those types usually are (Christian Hackenberg, etc).I can see why you would say that..I am extremely conflicted on him. And he is physically tough as nails. He has brain farts more often than I would like. So its his decision making that can be shaky and his pocket presence is inconsistent, alsoI agree he is the prototype of a NFL qb that GMs love and isn't total garbage like those types usually are (Christian Hackenberg, etc).
From a measurables standpoint he is not overrated. He also isn't bad at all, and is a pretty good qb. I just think there is something about him mentally that gives him a ceiling. I've seen it since he was at Oregon and it has shown up in the pros too.
Black QBs dont get that level of understanding so I aint got none for MacauleyIf you check 2 pages up i gave a run down of all the players the bengals on the other side of the ball they lost and didn't replace.
