Jay-Z is garbage now but still sold a Mil off his last album, not including the #newrules.
Jay-Z does concerts in Madison Square Garden. I live in a town of 60,000 people and E-40 did a concert here not to long ago here. At our local fair.

Doesn't matter how many albums Jay sold..e40 was selling albums out the trunk when he first started..he has easily sold about 10 million albums out the trunk independently in the streets his whole career.....he's hood platinum..jay can only sell using the media ...
