Is it worth it to get a PS5 without a 4K TV?

I bought a LG 32inch 1080p non smart TV in 2013, then in 2021 I upgraded to a Sony LED 4K TV

I can’t remember if I upgraded to a 4K TV when I bought my xbox one and the PS4 or if I waited until I got the xbox one x and PS4 pro

*edit*

it was definitely the latter cuz I just read and seen the regular xbox one and PS4 didn’t really have 4K gaming output

Some of the wealthiest people I've ever encountered still rocking an iPhone with Touch ID on the home button. Having new consumer electronics isn't an indication of wealth.

Some people simply don't replace stuff until they have a real need such as the product failing. Older TVs are far more reliable.

Jokes aside, I'd say it's probably worth it to get a PS5, even if you don't have a 4K TV. We're seeing a lot more games either not launch on PS4, or launch in lesser forms on PS4. While you're not getting the best visual experience right off the bat, it's better than not having any experiences at all in the not so far off future.

But for sure, you gotta upgrade that TV. The visual upgrade is definitely worth it.

Preach

Low key, it does the opposite effect if we’re keeping it a buck :sas2:
