I concur, a cac shrink in a coat aint best suited especially when they can't relate to our struggle. Black men need to get back on some brotherhood shyt where we have mentors and father figures we trust.

No, it's not weak at all. In fact many more of us brothers and sisters should go to therapy.

But make sure the therapist is a black man or women. There's not enough SPSS software, or psychological tactics that can deal with being black.
