Mike the Executioner
What went on up there? Poppers and weird sex!
This is the definition of self-sabotage. Guy comes into RAW red hot, gets immediately pushed to the top, takes down the two biggest players on the show, and then gets injured. When he comes back, he's immediately put in shytty feuds, loses more matches, and is never presented as anything more than just another guy on the roster. That's the problem. When he first came to RAW, they treated him like the next big thing, some mythical creature that was capable of anything. They took away his mystique and his aura by just turning him into everybody else.
It's over for him on RAW (no pun intended). The fact that he was in line for a Universal Championship match and Vince decided to
him was clear proof of that. The only way he can be salvaged is by moving him to SmackDown. He was literally in the main event picture for a month, so we really don't know if he can handle himself in high-profile feuds. If he does get a shot at the Universal Championship after WrestleMania, or he starts mixing it up with main event guys on SmackDown and he fails, then we can say he flopped.
