I don't know OP's financial situation but the bolded are expensive. I don't know about Teaneck.
I'm not really trying (not saying I'd rack them up if I was). But I don't think it's that difficult. PA west of Philly is basically redneck country so I doubt it's easier than here. But even if that's the case, other minorities like I said get coupled up very quickly, so he's left with solely black women by default which sounds like no problem for him. But really this state (or at least the northern half) embodies social proofing, if you didn't spend your teen years (junior high thru college) around a group/groups of women who you know are single or when they're in between relationships to slide your way in, meeting single women of any race is not easy here. If you don't care about (knowingly) smashing women with boyfriends one may be alright here but if you're not about sharing, good luck.
My uncle's been in Central Jersey (Rahway/Linden) for 3 years now and says mixing is more common, somewhat because everyone is the same economically so move in the same places. North Jersey is basically Blacks/Latinos stuffed in Newark, JC, Elizabeth, Paterson, with whites and enclaves occupying the rest of the north. Outside of hitting the mall in Paramus, if it's not Essex, Hudson, or Union County I essentially I feel I have no business being there. I can't speak on South Jersey except for a piece of Burlington County having a decent amount of middle class blacks.
