The part of your quoted statement I bolded is certainly true (swag on, black women seem to go out of their way to help you, swag off, good luck getting any real assistance or cooperation). But the real problem with this behavior is that these bytches should be doing their job by providing good customer service (as possible) to ALL patrons first and foremost instead of looking for random hookups and future baby-daddies.
I dont know how nikkas can deny what op is saying, son I know black women who avoid other black women as cashiers so I know this ain't made up
Most of these soft nikkas will constantly cape & make excuses for black women regardless the circumstance. Bad or unsatisfactory customer service interactions from workers absolutely take place with other races of people & aren't exclusive only to black women, but for some to make it seem like many of the experiences/situations being discussed aren't valid or non-existent is just being disingenuous.
worst is when women come in with wic checks(the wic check is not the problem itself) and just throw it up on the belt and you did not notice until after you cashed the items that it was a wic check...and then you have to void off the things and start off again because they were too ignorant to actually hold a conversation and tell you "I have a wic check"
last week when it was a slow day after there was a report of a snow storm and the crack fiends(this is what i call the customers as a whole) had shopped like crazy the previous day....this lady came to my line with a tax exempt form.....showed me the peice of paper and started going on about "oh do you know how to do this" "if you don't know how to do this....just tell me" "if you don't know how to do this call the front", etc pissing me off because like you ....fukk any man we all have egos and i have gotten pissed whenever women come in with subliminals about how "If you don't know how to do this call the front" and try to act like they are simply being polite when you know it would be a problem if you went to their job and said they don't know how to do something...
im ignoring her to hold my cool and i noticed she put the tax exempt away(i never said i did not know how to do it) then when the manager is walking by she predictably tells him about the form and he says to me to call chelsea at the front end and walks by her( i think he already could tell she was some psycho and did not want to talk with her) ...
i put the discount on the tax exempt and then she goes into how "So what was all that about....you weren't gonna do the tax exempt if i didn't...." and i start talking to her about how you never gave me a chance to do the tax exempt and all you were doing was running your mouth(without even saying "hi") BEFORE HAND ...
starts interrupting me and say "Black Reign....i like to be kissed before i get fukked" ....im like
and she repeats it and heard if i ever heard Al Pacino say that....she puts the money on the counter and i say you could hand me the money....she says "Nope i don't think i will"....when the receipt printed out with the usual coupons....the nerve of this bytch ....she actually had her hand out like she ACTUALLY thought i was gonna hand it to her after i disrespected her....
i faked towards her hand but then moved left and put it on the far left of the conveyer belt.....
started spazzing out and reached her body over to pick up the receipt came back up to me and ripped it up and said "YOUR GONNA LOSE YOUR JOB BLACK REIGN.!!!!!
went to the front end and whined and moaned to the girl there and she just ignored her because obviously she knows i don't give bad service...some other time....this lady at the end was giving me 2 $2 bills and i am asking the guy next to me if its okay to accept this and he says yeah...but then says to hold on for a second that he has to make sure and says so to the lady because "he does not want me to be written up" ...she is going on about how "but its money" ....no shyt bytch we just wanna make sure we are allowed to do it and he asks another girl and she says its okay....
now this woman actually GOES OVER to one of the managers after i put in everything already and i can see her pointing to me and then one of my managers smiling with her and even though im not in her distance i see her mouth the words "He's new"....
like what was the point of going up to them and talking about it after it worked out okay....btw i hate when people go through games when it comes to using the reward card....
