JayZ was already a superstar by the time he got with Beyonce and Kanye. Jay already had smash hits and multi plat albums before he got with Ye and Bey.
JayZ highest selling album was when Kanye was still in HighSchool. And Beyonce and Destiny Childs was just releasing their first single.
If anything Julez under acheived. At one point he was neck and neck with Weezy, as the hottest young rapper in the game.

Swizz Beatz isn't treated as an A-Lister. You don't really see Swizz out there like that and he definitely doesn't get the treatment that Pharrell or Kanye do. Yeah, he makes random appearances with other A Lister's, but he isn't given anywhere near the respect outside of Verzuz with Timbaland.

Like people saw him in the MCHG commercials and act as if it was a crime for him to have been in that room. He didn't really have one track on the album outside of a co-production on a song that was more of an interlude (ironically "Verzuz") and vocals on "BBC".
